My experience here was overall a solid 3. When I arrived I was not acknowledged right away. The location of the hotel is good. The room we stayed in was cleaned up okay & l liked the details in the shower. The bed was comfortable. However, the hallway to the room had a funky smell to it. I was very disappointed that the room I stayed at & paid over $100 for, did not include the breakfast. The customer service was better when checking out, mind you it was a different receptionist at the desk.

We driove in from Texas for New Years Eve and an employee from this hotel, the employee who cleaned room 228 on Jan 1st 2024 didn’t turn in what she found in the room to lost and found! I accidentally left a bag containing new black boots, my New Years Eve dress, and pj’s in the room. I called the hotel a few hours later, once we arrived home and was informed that nothing had been turned in by the housekeeping staff! We drove to the hotel from Texas, and when we checked out drove straight home, I know I left the bag right next to the bed, I forgot to grab it and the staff kept my belongings. Sleep well at this hotel just make sure you don’t forget anything….

Friendly staff, close to the casino, big comfortable beds, clean building all the way around. Will definitely be staying here again in the future for a better night's rest. It was very well decorated for the holidays.

To begin, the staff was very nice and I felt welcomed. However, my room's AC was not consistent and would jump all over the place. The shower had mold toward the roof, the bathtub was dirty, and the drain was broken. Finally, the towels I had smelled horrible, like sweat.

Decent accommodations. The King suite did not have a roll-in shower as requested. Also the shower did not work at all. Next, the Double Q was not clean. There were/are skittles (candy) under one of the beds.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The parking lot was very well lighted and clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was good. We went for the weekend and would like to go again. Would like to go again in a few months.

NOTHING. We walked in the hotel and into our room and left within 10 minutes. It was horrific. It was unclean and unsafe. From the people outside doing drugs to the inside of the room with mold, mildew, hair in the sheets & a broken lock on the door.

Everything. It was filthy - soap scum & mold in the shower, broken shower rod, broken shower wall from the soap dispenser coming off the wall, hair in the bed …
